This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services provided through this website, remotely, or following electronic\/telephone communication.<\/p>\n
1. Scope of Application<\/p>\n
This policy applies in particular to:<\/p>\n
online appointments and advisory sessions,<\/p>\n
remote accounting and tax services,<\/p>\n
services prepaid partially or in full,<\/p>\n
service packages or advance payments for the commencement of work.<\/p>\n
For services provided to businesses, more specific terms may apply, as agreed in writing between the parties.<\/p>\n
2. Booking and Confirmation of Services<\/p>\n
An appointment booking or service assignment is considered confirmed when:<\/p>\n
it is confirmed by us in writing, and\/or<\/p>\n
the agreed fee or advance payment has been made, and\/or<\/p>\n
the client has provided the required information for the commencement of the work.<\/p>\n
3. Cancellations and Appointment Changes<\/p>\n
For scheduled appointments, the client may request cancellation or rescheduling up to [24\/48] hours before the scheduled start time.<\/p>\n
In the event of cancellation within the above timeframe:<\/p>\n
the amount may be refunded, or<\/p>\n
it may remain as credit for a future appointment, following agreement between the parties.<\/p>\n
In the event of late cancellation or non-attendance:<\/p>\n
N. KOLYDAS I.K.E. reserves the right to retain all or part of the fee, especially where specific time had been allocated or preparatory work had already been carried out.<\/p>\n
4. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers<\/p>\n
Where the client is a consumer and the agreement has been concluded remotely, the client is generally entitled to withdraw within 14 calendar days without stating any reason. For service contracts, this period begins from the conclusion of the agreement.<\/p>\n
This right is subject to the exceptions provided by applicable legislation, particularly where the client has expressly requested the commencement of the service before the withdrawal period expires or where the service has already been fully completed.<\/p>\n
5. Commencement of Services Before the 14-Day Period<\/p>\n
Where the client requests the commencement of services before the withdrawal period expires:<\/p>\n
the client provides explicit consent for the immediate commencement of the services,<\/p>\n
the client acknowledges that, once the service has been fully completed, the right of withdrawal may be lost,<\/p>\n
where partial performance has taken place before withdrawal, a proportional fee may be due for the part of the service already provided.<\/p>\n
6. Non-Refundable Amounts<\/p>\n
As a general rule, the following amounts are non-refundable:<\/p>\n
amounts relating to services already completed,<\/p>\n
amounts relating to work already performed,<\/p>\n
government fees, duties or third-party charges,<\/p>\n
translation, certification, courier, banking or other expenses incurred on behalf of the client,<\/p>\n
fees for customized services carried out based on the client\u2019s specific instructions or information.<\/p>\n
7. Refund Method and Processing Time<\/p>\n
Where a refund is justified, it will be made:<\/p>\n
through the same payment method, where possible, or<\/p>\n
via bank transfer to an account designated by the client.<\/p>\n
Refunds are processed within up to [14] business days from confirmation that the refund conditions are met, unless additional time is required for banking or administrative processing.<\/p>\n
